PRZM Limited hold these details for the sole purpose of that required contact and are not used for any sales or marketing purposes.

Save as stated above, All clients, landlords and associates of tenants must ensure that a tenant’s details are correct and are only used for the purpose of gaining access to a property so that we may fulfil installation, maintenance and repair duties. All clients, landlords and associates of tenants are strictly forbidden to share to any third parties without the tenant’s consent.

At any time either PRZM Limited, or their subcontractors or the tenant requires information from a client, landlord or associate, that client, landlord or associate shall divulge this information to the tenant as obligated under the GDPR Act 25th May 2018.

If the tenant contacts us and asks for their details to be removed that you will be obligated under the GDPR Act 25th May 2018 to remove their details immediately and that no further processing of these details will be carried out, i.e. no sharing with third parties without the necessary consents. Please note this data is kept on cloud, emails and potentially mobile devices.

Some third-party services used by the Website may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK data protection law.
